I have a vast working knowledge of the different cities and communities located within Riverside County, and I am able to be of service for the entire Inland Empire.
My philosophy about Real Estate is that I am a facilitator of information to you the client. It is my job to educate you on current market conditions & statistics, so that you feel comfortable making an educated real estate decision. As your Realtor®, it is my job to make sure your transaction goes as smoothly and hassle free as possible. That is why I use current technology trends, and have earned my e-PRO designation in order to provide you with exceptional service. I will be with you from start to finish throughout your entire transaction!
Choosing the right agent is a big decision, and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly. I can honestly say that with me you will get a Full-time licensed Realtor® who is a dedicated and educated professional that works for “Coldwell Banker” one of the top Real Estate firms in the US. I would feel honored to be chosen to represent you with one of the biggest investments that you will make in your lifetime. I do that with care, honesty and integrity.
I pride myself on my dedication and service that I provide for my clients. I customize my business and services directly to your personal real estate needs. I take the time to listen to your personal objectives regarding real estate, and I will do whatever is in my power to meet them.
Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. So it's more important than ever that you work with a full-time agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business. I devote time in my schedule everyday to educate myself on current Economic and real estate trends.
Education & Designations:
I earned my GRI designation in August of 2005 after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program requires 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty. The GRI designation is considered the nation's #1 real estate designation, and only 1% of all Realtors have obtained this prestigious designation. GRI, stands for Graduate REALTOR® Institute, and is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation.
A normal Real Estate transaction in today's market requires the use of a computer. The internet has become a major tool & source of information. The e-PRO certification is the National Association of Realtors online training program that certifies that the real estate professional has been taught the Internet business principles required to remain on the cutting edge of technology. The certification course also guides students through completing a Technology Plan of Action for their business and introduces them to many techniques for evaluating and using Internet tools. I obtained my e-Pro certification in August 2005.
I earned my SRES designation in December 2005. The Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are Realtors® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites. By earning my SRES® designation, I have demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I've received special training, and get regular updates, and I am prepared to offer options and information needed for helping seniors when making life changing decisions.
I earned my *ABR designation in September 2005. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of REALTORS® who meets the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
