What my clients are saying

I would give Denise 10 stars!! She was absolutely amazing in selling my father's home. She assisted us throughout the whole process. She also staged the home, scheduled and coordinated any repairs that needed to be made, watered the plants, and checked on the property regularly. We were so grateful for her and words cannot express how happy we are with her services. I highly recommend Denise Gentile! Thank you again for going above and beyond.

First off Denise is very professional and patient; with us especially so because as buyers my wife and I initially bounced around between rural and suburban options - Denise was a real trooper, promptly arranging and attending any and all showings we desired. We felt confident that with her years of experience, Denise knows most if not all aspects of the business - great local knowledge too. Next, she has a keen eye for spotting potential issues with a home you might normally assume would be reserved for your building inspector - this is very handy because pertinent questions can be asked sooner in the process, and rest assured Denise will ask those questions. Always responsive to texts, calls and emails - overall a pleasure to work with; would definitely work with Denise again should the need arise.

Denise is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I needed to sell a home in Sun City for our Family Trust and live outside the area. Denise is very knowledgeable about the market and really knows the business very well. From start to finish, I always felt like I was in very good hands with Denise and she proved herself to be very dependable and she was always on top of everything. I highly recommend Denise and would definitely hire her again.

My husband and I got so lucky when we called Coldwell Banker in Menifee to ask some questions about selling our investment rental, (that in our opinion, is the best realtor in the world) answered the phone. We have bought and sold many properties but Denise’s hard work to sell our house was awesome and professional. She was always on top of everything in a very timely matter and very easy to work with. We actually missed her after our fast sell was closed. We Highly Recommend her?? Thank You Denise??

Denise Gentile is the absolute best realtor! She helped me to sell my father's house in Sun City. Living in Boston, I expected this would be very difficult. Denise has been a blessing! Going above and beyond for the last two years, while the house was in probate. She coordinated the estate sale, kept up with the house cleaning and yard work all this time. We have had many conversations, and she has always been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and prompt in responding to me. It couldn't have been any easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done.

Denise helped me get a house renovated and listed within about two months. As the property location was too far away for me to visit regularly, she helped immensely by meeting with contractors and following up when needed - really going the extra mile. The house was totally transformed after the renovations were complete. We received a full price offer within days of listing. Denise has an impressive work ethic, responds quickly, and is easy to work with. I highly recommend her if you need to buy or sell real estate in the Menifee area.

Denise is extremely hardworking, professional, and took a personal interest in our specific needs. The research she did on our behalf, allowed us to make a more informative decision regarding our purchase. Denise’s representation made it possible for us feel much more confident in our decision to purchase a new construction home, then if we had just dealt one on one with the builder. We will most definitely be calling Denise If we plan any future real estate purchases.

I've purchased five investment properties in Sun City with Denise and highly recommend her. She is always the first person I call when looking for another place. Where most in this industry barely return phone calls, Denise is continuously proactive with letting me know what's happening between offers and escrow. She takes ownership in managing the paperwork and appointments, and I never feel like anything is being dropped or missed on our end. I don't know how she finds the time, but she always seems to be available when needed. Seriously in all the real estate I've bought over the years she's the best I've worked with and entirely worthy of a five-star review. Thank you again Denise, and look forward working on more deals in the future!
